Leadership Summit at TERI University

The Leadership Summit is one of the events organized during this 2-day business fest.

Sustaining businesses is a key challenge that organizations across the globe are facing today. Businesses are finding it increasingly difficult to sustain their growth amidst the adverse times of financial turbulence and changing world order, and are, hence, increasingly embracing the sustainability paradigm.

Leaders from all parts of the world are engaging in dialogue with their stakeholders to ensure all-inclusive growth in their triple bottom-line (people, profit and planet). Businesses have realized the need to go beyond philanthropic, risk mitigating investments in community development, and to devise ways to do core businesses differently.

This Leadership Summit aims to provide a platform for leaders to discuss their views on ‘Business Sustainability – Future Challenges and Strategies’.

The Summit will have leaders from across the country sharing their visions and perspectives with the youth of the country on the challenges that businesses are facing today to sustain themselves in the long run.

The intent behind the discussion is to understand the top management’s perspective on how they thrive and sustain their businesses in these times of changing world order and to discuss the relevance of the Three Pillars of Sustainability (People, Profit and Planet) in the times to come. The discussion will further steer to giving a new meaning to sustainability beyond CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
