Job Description

Key Objective:

  • To implement & manage credit processes and credit underwriting for the Green Tech Business Finance

Major Deliverables:

  • Implement and administer Credit Policies for Green Tech Business Finance division
  • Evaluation and underwriting of Green Tech Business Finance proposals
  • Should be able to strategize and see through the policy/ industry/ market changes and implement the same in the underwriting decisions
  • Facilitate faster deal closures through proactive participation in deal structuring and credit enhancement
  • Maintaining Turnaround Time for evaluation & processing of deals
  • Internal customer service – handling of other credit and compliance issues & taking corrective measures, being met with low TAT
  • Monitoring delinquency & corrective action – undertake regular interaction with collections / sales to track delinquencies
  • To meet customers at regular intervals to understand various industry & markets
  • Implementation of company’s / RBI’s prevalent policies and changes
  • Ensuring adherence to norms in both credit decision and documentation
Job Specifications

Educational Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA

Desired Experience: 8–9 years experience in Credit / Risk

Specialized Job Competencies:

  • Experience in appraisal of large ticket cases w.r.t. to Project Finance cases
  • Should have worked in a large private/public sector bank or Financial Institute handling underwriting for Project Finance
  • Intermediate level of industry knowledge (including legal, policy, compliance technical framework)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Solution Orientation
  • Self-motivated and customer orientated
  • Sound problem solving and decision making skills
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
