ICF is currently seeking a mid-level professional for its Energy Efficiency Division to manage and grow ICF’s energy efficiency programs. You will lead the development and management of multiple energy efficiency programs (specifically ICF’s standards and labeling and demand side management program), build relationships with clients, mentor junior staff, design/implement program strategies and plans, as well as develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analysis of industry issues
• Assisting in preparing presentations, reports
• Working on ICF’s proprietary market models
• Financial analysis of investment opportunities
• Assistance in design and implementation of programs
• Corresponding with industry and government representatives

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Energy Resources, Sciences or related fields
• 3+ years of industry experience

Preferred Skills / Experience:

• Master’s in Economics or Science, Chartered Accountants, MBA or Doctorate in a related field
• Exposure to energy sector and financial modeling

Professional Skills:

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
