Role & Responsibilities: Wipro EcoEnergy is looking for people with Energy & Controls background. Candidates should have experience in Building Energy Management with “Solution Eye” for Energy Conservation Measures. Capable of reading Electrical / Mechanical drawings, good in consumption analysis, energy calculations and financials. The role would entail:

• Leading Energy & Controls Audits for clients in different segments like Retail, Telecom, Buildings, etc., and would involve travel
• Project costing, tangible and non-tangible benefit estimation, saving quantification and ROI calculations
• Developing integrated solution for Remote Monitoring / Control of Facility
• Energy Baselining & Benchmarking of facility
• Participate in client meetings appropriately

Key Result Areas: Include Solution Development, Developing Delivery Capability and providing support to Business Acquisition.

Experience Required:

• Experienced in Pre-sales / Technical Management of Projects in the Controls & Energy industry
• Building energy auditor / manager from Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) or any other international accreditation will be added advantage

Experience should have covered the following:

1. Hands-on understanding of

• HVAC System
• Building Automation System
• Other energy related equipment in the building like lighting, UPS, Boiler, Utility equipment
• Building Envelop
• Controls & HVAC knowledge is must

2. Understanding of ASHRAE and other relevant standards

3. Knowledge of new areas of energy field like LEED, energy modeling, etc.

4. Proficiency in Project Costing, ROI/Payback Computations, Vendor Negotiations, etc.

5. Experience of working in an ESCO model would be an added advantage

Skills: HVAC Systems BAS Controls Energy Assessment, Energy Modeling Green Building

Other essential skills expected are:

• Analytical Knowledge
• Capable of reading between the lines / understanding customer problem & give solution
• Site Audits/report generation
• Effective communication at client interaction level
